Are you ready to take your workouts to the next level? Discover the power of High-Intensity Interval Training (HIIT). HIIT is a revolutionary approach to exercise that maximizes efficiency and delivers fast results. Here's what you need to know:


What is HIIT Training?

HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, a workout designed to achieve maximum results in minimal time. This workout is typically total body and can last anywhere from 10-50 minutes. This should be done no more than 4 times a week due to the nature and intensity of the workout.  HIIT can be done with body weight, weights, or a mixture of both. 


Why is HIIT Training Beneficial?

  1. Boosts metabolism. 
  2. Increases and improves endurance. 
  3. Helps cardiovascular fitness. 
  4. Builds muscle, drops fat. 
  5. Can be done anywhere, anytime with little to no equipment. 
  6. Shorter time spent in the gym for a busier lifestyle.


Example HIIT Workout:

  • Perform each exercise for 45 seconds, followed by a 15-second rest before moving to the next exercise.
  • Beginners: 1 set, Intermediate: 2 sets, Advanced: 3 sets
    • Jump Rope
    • Jump Squats
    • Burpees
    • Push-Up with Knee to Opposite Elbow
    • Kettlebell Swings
    • Bicycle Crunches
