Stronger Together Challenge
Need a little motivation to recharge your routine? Our Stronger Together Challenge is a FREE, four-week challenge that will build healthy habits as we come together to grow stronger in spirit, mind, and body.

Each week, we’ll explore different themes and dimensions of wellness. Our dedicated and experienced staff will provide fitness inspiration, mental health tips, and nutrition resources that you can customize to support your personal goals. Everyone who registers will receive a weekly email of resources, as well as access to all six of our locations and YMCA360 on-demand programming.
The best part is, we’re on this journey together — whether you’re new to the Y or a lifelong member. Take the challenge, have some fun, and rediscover all the ways we’re stronger together!

Challenge Details
By signing up for the challenge, you’ll receive:
- A weekly email to keep you on top of your goals. We’ll share inspiring videos, tips from experts, and so much more.
- Valuable expertise from our own Fitness and Healthy Living teams.
- Access to join a supportive community through our 2025 Stronger Together Facebook group.
- YMCA360 on-demand programming, so you can workout at the Y or at home.
- As an added bonus, anyone who registers by April 20th and scans in at any of our YGWC locations a minimum of 8 days during the challenge, will earn a complimentary challenge t-shirt.
Earn a T-Shirt

To earn the complimentary t-shirt, register for the challenge by April 20th and scan in at any YGWC location a minimum of 8 days throughout the challenge period (April 14 – May 11, 2025). Scans can be made at different YGWC locations and must be in-person visits; YMCA360 visits are not eligible.
Eligible participants will be informed about t-shirt availability, anticipated for the first week of June. Stay tuned to the Stronger Together Facebook Group for updates!
