We are offering an extra practice day for our high level group of gymnasts for them to gain more strength, more endurance, and confidence to help them advance in their skills.

Advanced skills for preschool gymnasts ages 4-5 years or Little Leapers (Intermediate) graduate.
Teen and Adult Intermediate Swim Lessons (12+)
Teen and Adult Intermediate Swim Lessons (12+)
Ages 12 and older. Participants must be able to swim on front and back at least one full length of the pool without hesitation or fear. This class provides a comfortable environment for adults to improve their swimming skills. Participants work on individual goals at their own pace with an instructor.
School Age Swim Stage 3 (6-12)

"Water Stamina: Children entering this level should be able to front and back float independently. Students learn to swim to safety from a longer distance. They are introduced to rhythmic breathing and integrated arm and leg action. Ages 6-12 years."

Our 3rd/4th grade Youth Basketball League meets once per week for 45-minute practices and 45-minute games. Practices include sport-specific drills to help children develop motor skills and improve coordination.
