Individuals choosing this level may have a fear of the water, have very little to no swimming skills, and are ready to take the first step toward learning to swim. Ages 12 and older. Participants must be able to swim on front and back at least one full length of the pool without hesitation or fear. This class provides a comfortable environment for adults to improve their swimming skills. Participants work on individual goals at their own pace with an instructor.
